When you think of a country wedding, the word ‘glamorous’ is probably the last thing to roll through your mind. This little wedding took place on the gorgeous York River at Cousiac Manor and had the most lovely little spin on your traditional outdoor farm wedding. I’ve never seen a more seamless union of two personalities. Bryan and Sally were able to plan the perfect day in the perfect location to match the oh so perfect love that they both share. Capturing every detail of this intimate day was such a joy… from the glitzy splashes of gold and subtle tones of pink to the rippling York River and even the groomsman and their beloved shotguns, yes shotguns 😉 it all blended together and showcased this amazing couple during a beautiful celebration. I’ve known Bryan since high school, including almost all of the bridal party – this was a wedding I was looking forward to for not only that reason, but also the fact that his fiancee Sally is one of the most photogenic women I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Ahhh such a dream!! Such a lively atmosphere filled the summer air, smiling faces paired with dancing feet were lit beneath the simple white tent and hearty laughs echoed down the river. It was a lovely night indeed and I just adore the photographs of the two of them with everyone that they care about most. Enjoy some of my favorites!
